It's official, the kids boarded the bus at 7:20am to embark on their first day of 3rd & 5th grade. Amazingly, both were in a chipper mood this morning and we had no drama! Yay!
No drama? I'm so jealous! I can't imagine a first day....well, any day without drama! Somehow, I missed the memo regarding orientation. Boy was I in trouble! The anxiety was so high about new teachers etc, that I had to email the principle just on the Saturday before school started just to calm his nerves.
