Clearly I haven't blogged for several days.....sorry about that, March tends to be a little crazy around here. Here's my best summarization of the Claytons...
Mike is very busy w/ stucco work and that is a wonderful blessing for our family, the economy had us pretty nervous. He's also getting lots of music dates booked, especially around Springfield & Branson and that will lead to many new contacts for him. Last, but not least, MIKE CLAYTON WILL BE 40 YEARS OLD ON THE 18TH OF MARCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Derek is a natural comedian, he cracks us up daily. He is still into the whole archery thing and anxious to go turkey hunting w/ his daddy. The 3rd grade program was this past week, all patriotic songs and they did fabulous. I have no idea how that teacher got 224 kids to do so well.
Taylor had a busy week too. She attended a dance clinic w/ the high school girls on Thur. night and had science night at her school where she got to ride a hovercraft, make her own slime (lovely) and do some optical illusion stuff.
I have been busy wrapping up my PTA obligations....I have book fair all next week, so that will be chaos. I began a new Bible study group this week and got to meet several new Bolivar ladies that were just a hoot!
Happy St. Pat's Day!
